You can return your order within 14 days by filling out the form below.
Enter your order number and the same email address you used when placing the order. Then select which product(s) you'd like to return and the reason for the return.
Next, choose a shipping provider for your return and pay the return shipping fee. Which providers are available depends on which country you're in.
You'll then receive either:
Bring the package to an agent for the chosen provider and let them know you'd like to make a return. Keep your return receipt until you've received your refund. Please note that returns typically take up to 14 business days to process.
