1. General

2. Prices and Delivery Costs
2.1 All prices shown in the online store include VAT but exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
2.2 For orders within the EU, VAT is applied in accordance with the applicable legislation and the rate in the destination country.
2.3 The total cost of your order, including applicable shipping costs, is clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
2.4 Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery country and selected shipping method.
3. Orders
3.1 To place an order, select your desired products and add them to your shopping cart. By completing the checkout process, you submit a binding order.
3.2 A binding agreement is concluded only once you receive an order confirmation from us via email.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in the case of stock unavailability, suspected misuse, or obvious pricing errors. Any amount paid will be refunded in such cases.
4. Payment
4.1 We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, and other available options.

4.3 If you choose to pay via Klarna, additional terms and conditions from Klarna will apply. These will be presented to you at checkout. Klarna may perform a credit assessment in connection with your purchase.

5. Delivery
5.1 We deliver within Sweden and to other countries within the European Union. Available delivery options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
5.2 Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. While we aim to deliver within the indicated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
5.3 If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days and this is not due to you as the customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase.
5.4 If a package is not collected within the specified time and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee corresponding to the return shipping and handling costs.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
6.1 In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
6.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
6.3 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the withdrawal period by contacting our customer service at info@houseofamandachristensen.com.
6.4 You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
6.5 The product must be returned in its original condition. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
6.6 Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
7. Complaints
7.1 If a product is defective or incorrect, you have the right to make a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
7.2 Please contact our customer service as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the defect.
7.3 In the event of an approved complaint, we will offer repair, replacement, or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
8. Liability
8.1 We strive to ensure that all information on our website is accurate, but we reserve the right for typographical errors, inaccuracies, and sold-out items.
8.2 We cannot guarantee that product colours are reproduced exactly, as this may vary depending on your device and display settings.
