What is a paperless return?
A paperless return allows you to send back your package without any paper or printing. Instead, the post office or parcel shop will print your return label by scanning the QR code directly from your device.
How to get your QR code
Once you have registered your return by entering your order number and email address below, a QR code will be sent to your email address. You then show the QR code at your post office or parcel shop when dropping off your return.

Visit your nearest parcel shop or post office. It is important that you use the carrier selected in the return portal.
When handing in your package, inform the staff that your parcel is a return shipment. The staff will then scan your QR code and print your return label.
Remember to keep your return receipt until you have received your refund. Please note that returns usually take up to 14 business days to process.
